Gluten Free Cake

Hey Everyone,
As you all know last sunday was Mother's Day, and dessert is always a hard thing to find for a Mother with gluten sensitivity and who also cannot eat chocolate.
Luckily my mom found a woman who is now trying to make more gluten free products, and she made a delicious gluten free white cake with Italian cream icing and strawberries. It was delicious, and a perfect way to end a mothers day.

My suggestion to you is to find someone who could bake gluten free, or try to bake it yourself. Homemade gluten free cakes are much better than the store bought.

Another good suggestion is if you can eat chocolate than flour-less chocolate cakes are very very good.
